Seattle Wedding: Pamela and Sean

I love my job.  Really love my job.  I meet the greatest people.  Often, my clients become my friends, and sometimes, my friends get to be my clients.  Pamela and Sean are two of those friends.

I was incredibly honored to photograph their wedding day.  I adore them both, and to be involved in such a special day was humbling, emotional, exciting, and blissfully fun- all at the same time.

We started the day at their home where Pamela and her “maids” were getting ready.  Michael Bride provided the flawless makeup for the gang.  Love his work and his wit.  🙂  We headed to Discovery Park for some perfect light and gorgeous backdrops.  I’m thrilled that the pictures of their first sight came out, because I could barely see through the tears welling up in my eyes!  They were both radiant- total love glow going on!  (Always one of my favorite parts of the day).  They chose Lake Union Cafe for their ceremony and reception- awesome venue!  The tables surrounded the dance floor, creating an intimate environment where everyone could be involved in the festivities.  And the swanky modern decor set the perfect vibe for the party.

Some of my favorite things…

Check out the bridesmaids’ dresses.  L.O.V.E.

It’s always a party when the stunner shades make an appearance on the dance floor.

We made a quick stop for pictures with their fur baby- a sweet dog named Sunday.

Totally scored on the weather… after days of rain and muck, we had a perfectly crisp fall day.

Pam is cute to boot.

Their ‘wishing tree’, where guests good hang little notes for the newlyweds.

The dance floor was crackalackin’.  You know I love a good dance off.

I can’t forget the way they looked at each other.  I’ve never seen either of them so giddy.

Pammy and Sean- I love you both.  Congratulations, and thank you for including me.  MUAH!
