Drift Boat Engagement Session in the Arboretum: Kathy and Leland

We landed a beautiful sunny day for Kathy and Leland’s engagement session in Seattle’s arboretum.  Leland brought his amazing drift boat that HE MADE (yes, seriously!), and I felt so spoiled as he rowed Kathy and I around the lake on this gorgeous afternoon.  Kathy and I kept giggling how we felt like we were in the middle of The Notebook.  The sun, water, boat, and these two cuddled up so sweetly, made for one of my favorite sessions.  So excited to be shooting your wedding, Kathy and Leland!

Enjoy!

    Killer work Kristen! Beautiful!

  2. Wow, very unique! Really creative setting with a boat on the water. Love the way you captured the natural colors.

Gorgeous work, the light is fantastic. And I love the “branded” boat 😉
